                Tom Sterling offers more than 45 years of knowledge and experience to Barbershop singing. Through his leadership the Ocean Bay Chorus have had a unique opportunity to work with an award winning quartet singer and Barbershop leader.

Born in Crisfield, Maryland, he has directed both male and female barbershop choruses in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.  These chorus have ranged in size up to 140 members.

Tom has participated in more than 100 Barbershop Harmony contests performing with and leading both quartets and choruses.  He has sung Bass with two Mid-Atlantic district champions, "Sound Revival" and "Broadway".  He has several Barbershop arrangements to his credit.

Barbershop Harmony runs in Tom's family.  He is married to Nancy, a Sweet Adeline Bass.  Tom resides in Salisbury, Maryland.
